Waveney River Centre is set in the beautiful surroundings of South Norfolk’s Waveney Valley, with fabulous views across the Norfolk & Suffolk marshes and on-park facilities. 

The Broads really are Britain’s magical waterway playground for many different reasons. The Broads are England’s largest wetland with over 125 miles of waterways and all that inhabit it to discover. Waveney River Centre is the ideal location for Norfolk Broads holidays – which can include a perfect blend of walking, birdwatching, fishing and relaxing family fun. Why not bring along your kayak or canoe and head out on the Broads, as we offer free access to the slipway for holiday guests.

Without even having to leave the comfort of your holiday park, there’s so much to do. Explore the marina, take a swim in the indoor swimming pool, then wander over to The Waveney Inn for a spot of lunch. You can even take a foot ferry directly to the Suffolk Wildlife Trust site at Carlton Marshes, free for holiday guests to use. There’s a variety of events on at Carlton Marshes throughout the year, from guided walks and wild play activities for children to art courses.
