Now celebrating the 1st year anniversary of Tingdene's first launch into the hotel market, we take a look at the evolution of Suffolk's latest hotel hot spot for business and leisure users alike.

Tingdene isn't new to the world of property or holidays, with its roots stemming from the residential park home market dating back to 1969. The Tingdene Group of companies first established itself as the leading Park Home manufacturer in the country and since then has expanded its range of operations into becoming one of the UK's largest operators and owners of residential Park Homes Estates, Inland Marinas and holiday parks.

2017 saw the launch of a new Allseasons hotel in Corton, Suffolk overlooking the coast! With the location on an existing holiday park, Waterside, with facilities including a swimming pool and bar & restaurant, this added a host of benefits and reasons for people to book. Also with many hotels in Suffolk stuck by service stations with little views, this hotel offers more marvellous seclusion and less motorway services!

The room aesthetics and design have proved a hit on check in too. The sleek, contemporary styling, with hints of the Suffolk coast in it's artwork, has been given the thumbs up from its guests in year one of trading. Sandwiched inbetween popular coastal spots in Norfolk such as Great Yarmouth and Gorleston-On-Sea (recently used for extensive filming in directors Danny Boyle's most recent film) and with close proximity to Suffolk places of interest such as Southwold, Lowestoft, Oulton Broad and the popular Pleasurewood Hills theme park for families round the corner, the hotel has seen high occupancy levels all round.

Business or pleasure?

The hotel has been a hit for business users too. Working with many large companies and individual business travellers, with great rates, contemporary offerings and some great service to boot, they've seen many return business travellers. After a hard day in the office, long meetings or even a long journey, business travellers get to kick back with sea views, a dip in the pool followed by a visit to the Coast Bar & Restaurant on site.
